Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on all domestic (India) orders. For prepaid orders, there is no order value limit. International orders are prepaid only — COD is not available outside India.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after checkout with your Order ID. If you don't receive it within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us with your registered mobile number.

My order isn't showing in "My Account." Why?

This can happen due to a brief sync delay after checkout. Please wait 30–60 minutes and refresh. If it still doesn't appear, reach out to us with your Order ID/email and we'll sort it out right away.

Can I place an order over phone or WhatsApp?

Yes! Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87589 42603 between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and our team will help you place the order directly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery charges?

Domestic (India): Free shipping on prepaid & COD orders.

How long will delivery take?

Domestic (India): Prepaid orders in 3–5 business days, COD orders in 6–8 business days. Remote/village areas may take 2–3 extra days.
International: 10–14 business days (prepaid only).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are prepaid only and COD is not available outside India.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can also check your order status anytime.

📏 Sizing & Products

How do I find my correct size?

Every product page has a "Size Chart" link next to the size selector with detailed bust/waist/length measurements. If you're unsure, message us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the best fit.

Are the product colors accurate on screen?

We try our best to capture true colors, but slight variation may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Fabric texture and richness are best experienced in person.

Are your suits/gowns stitched or unstitched?

This product is a ready-to-wear stitched outfit unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.

↩️ Returns, Exchange & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items — reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on custom/stitched items.

Is return pickup available?

Currently, self-ship is required for returns — we'll share the return address once your request is approved. Reverse pickup is not available in all pin codes.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or store credit.

Can I exchange for a different size or design?

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Design exchanges are evaluated case-by-case — contact us on WhatsApp to check eligibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

India: COD, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.
International: Prepaid only.

Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted (SSL) payment gateways. We never store your card details.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing, as long as they haven't been dispatched. Prepaid cancellations may involve a small payment-gateway deduction.

Can I cancel after my order is dispatched?

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request after delivery as per our return policy (damaged/defective items only).

📦 Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Do you accept bulk/wholesale orders?

Yes, we work with boutiques and resellers on bulk orders. Please note bulk orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
